I might be biased -but can't we all benefit from therapy?
I understand why we don't all have a therapists - at the end of the day, it's expensive to go private pay and really difficult to find a great therapist through insurance.
I'm trying to get more mental health services to more people.
That's where
THE RECREATIVE
comes in
What's Included:
- Weekly art groups for teens,
- Creative Writing group for teens and adults,
- Parenting webinars,
- Small group therapy (topics change every 3 months), and
- Special events like vision board workshops, terrible poetry workshops, or holiday events!
You sign up for the number you want to attend each week, and then the choice of what you go to is up to you!
Feel free to upgrade or downgrade at any time, there is no sign up or cancellation fee.
Some groups do require registration ahead of time because they fill up. I try to limit the small groups to 3-5 people. Other events you'll even be able to bring a friend!

The RECREATIVE is a virtual community center
that is set up like a martial arts or dance studio - I offer a TON of groups and workshops every month.
You choose what level you'd like to pay and how many you'd like to attend each week!
Want to do just one a week? Awesome. Sign up for Level 1 and you can pick which workshop you go to each week.
Think you'd like to take a writing workshop, attend the webinars, AND go to the group for moms with trans kids? Great - select Level 3 where you get to choose 3 groups to attend each week!
I even offer an unlimited option so you can attend everything your heart desires.
4 pricing levels available
There will only be 3 sessions offered in 2024. Winter, Spring, and Fall. Each has 10 weekly meetings via video chat. There will be a limited number of spots available - my goal is to give each participant a lot of individualized attention.
